Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Flux Development collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our Service.

1. Information Collection

We collect information you provide directly to us through the Service, including:

  • Discord User Authentication: Your Discord ID, username, and avatar for authentication purposes.
  • Bot Configuration: Discord Bot tokens, configuration settings, and embedded content.
  • Subscription Details: License keys and usage patterns associated with your bot deployment.

2. Data Security

We implement the following protections for your sensitive data:

  • Bot Tokens: Safely encrypted and only decrypted in-memory during bot initialization.
  • KeyAuth API Keys: Securely stored and never displayed in plain-text after initial configuration.
  • Data Isolation: Each user's bot runs in its own isolated process space to prevent cross-account intrusion.

3. Use of Information

We use the collected information for providing and improving the Service, including:

  • Facilitating secure Discord bot hosting.
  • Communicating with you regarding your account and subscription updates.
  • Developing and deploying system-wide security patches and feature updates.

4. Data Disclosure

We do not sell or trade your data. We disclose your information only to third-party services essential for the Service's operation, such as Discord's API and KeyAuth's verification servers, as strictly required to fulfill your bot's functionality.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your information at any time. Terminating your account will result in the permanent removal of your bot tokens and configurations from our systems.
