1. Service Description

Flux Development provides a managed hosting and management interface for Discord automation bots. Our service includes bot deployment, configuration management, and integration with third-party license verification systems (KeyAuth).

2. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Discord account and any sensitive data provided to the panel, including bot tokens and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to:

• Violating Discord's Terms of Service or Developer Policy.
• Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious scripts.
• Attempting to circumvent the Service's security measures or bot isolation.
• Engaging in activities that cause excessive load or disruption to our infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property

The Flux Development name, logo, and the Service's software/UI are the intellectual property of Flux Development. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Service or the content you access.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service's operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Flux Development is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Chargebacks and payment disputes are against our Terms of Service. Initiating a chargeback will result in an immediate and permanent ban from our products and services. All sales are final.

9. Server Moderation

• Respect Community Guidelines – All users must adhere to the community guidelines within our Discord server. Violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension.
• Use Support Channels Properly – Please use the designated support channels for assistance. Abusing or spamming support channels may result in disciplinary action.

10. Refund Policy – No Refunds
